Kentucky will likely sell the SG role to Alex Wilkins to pair alongside Zoom Diallo. Both guys can score, no question, but here’s the real concern: Can they facilitate and create for others plus do they have handles? That’s something Kentucky has badly missed the last two years. Year 1 under Mark Pope, Kentucky had Lamont Butler and he was the only true playmaker and scorer with the ball Year 2, Kentucky never had any real ball handler and could facilitate for others because of Lowe's injury. We know Diallo and Wilkins can get buckets, but can they create offense and elevate everyone else? 🤔 That will be the question that has to be asked. #BBN

Travis Perry back in the portal after one year at Ole Miss. Coach Pope was pretty upset when TP originally left Kentucky last offseason. I would take Travis Perry back at UK if he was willing to sign up for a backup PG role and play 10–15, maybe 20 minutes. He can play off the ball as well as a two guard. Could be just a solid, serviceable backup guard at Kentucky. But maybe he wants to continue playing high minutes. He played 16.4 minutes per game at Ole Miss, nearly double what he saw at Kentucky his freshman season. #BBN #KentuckyBasketball
