@NigeriaStories I told you guys that Tinubu uses everything as a political tool. For three years, you destroyed everything: one-sided appointments, one-sided employment, unmatched inflation. A few months to election, you suddenly remember transparency. You politicians take us for fools.
@aonanuga1956@FredrickNwabufo See the person leading what is supposed to be among the top ten greatest nations in the world, and know why we're not among the top hundred nations in the world.

NIGERIA MUST NOT DIE, THE THINGS HAPPENING IN THIS COUNTRY HAS NEVER HAPPENED SINCE 1999.
1. RUMOUR OF COUP
2. TRUMP AND AMERICA THREAT OF INVASION
10. ARBITRARY AND EGOCENTRIC AMENDMENT OF EXTANT LAWS. ETC. ENOUGH IS A ENOUGH. IN AN UNJUST SOCIETY, SILENCE IS A CRIME.
We have taken our time to weigh in on this Wike vs. Yerima saga, because we thought there was going to be an official reaction from the government. But, over 48 hours later, the government has had nothing to say.
With this silence, we can only conclude that the government is either reluctant to offend Minister Wike, or in support of his behaviour in the trending viral video.
Ordinarily, the sorry spectacle should embarrass the government into calling this Minister to order. However, it appears that, to this government, politics is more important than anything else.
Without prejudice to the facts on the land involved, one wonders why the Minister took the land matter so personally.
Why should it require the physical involvement of the Minister of the FCT to enforce a land matter?
Are there no systems in place to do this?
How does a Minister, who understands the full scope of his mandate—to improve health care, education, and provide security for the entire FCT—find the bandwidth to be personally enforcing land-use matters, as if he were the head of a mere task force?
Then, why would a Federal Minister think it is okay to abuse and harass a military officer on duty, just so he could have his way?
This impunity, indeed, hints at a deeper leadership crisis, where the government appears to pander to its own appointee.
Whenever I dream of something good, it turns into reality. My dream for the day is that Malam Nasir @elrufai becomes President in 2027 and @raufaregbesola becomes his Vice President, and they lead us to enter the Ka’bah while we perform lesser Hajj (Umrah), under the guidance of the Saudi King and Crown Prince. We pray for the progress and development of Nigeria, and Insha’Allah, this combination will happen in 2027. I pray to Almighty Allah that this comes true. Muslim-Muslim Tickets again Ameen.

@RepRileyMoore@officialABAT I can’t believe my eyes, the bloods of the innocent Christians is being heard by God and he has decided to send help. Glory be to God Almighty!!! 🙏🏼😇🙏🏼
To the Government of Nigeria & @officialABAT:
President Trump has provided forewarning if you do not correct the current state of inaction to stop the killing of our brothers and sisters in Christ in your country. The days of the US looking the other way are over - it will never happen on @POTUS’ watch.
I urge you to cooperate with us in preventing this atrocity that worsens everyday. We want your people to live in peace - all of them, especially Christians.
The President has been clear. I would not test his resolve. Many have tried and all have failed.
We will not allow the gates of hell to prevail against the faithful.
Dear Peter Obi,
How on Earth can you, as a Nigerian, just believe this story, of which no evidence was provided, and then proceed to de-market Nigeria based on an unverified story? And this is a country you seek to lead.
Where is your patriotism?
You said that "FIFA’s recent revelation about the mismanagement of funds released to Nigeria’s Football Federation for stadium development and youth talent growth is both sickening and shameful."
However, FIFA did not at any time accuse Nigeria of corruption. That is false. I am tagging @FIFAcom here. Nigerians and journalists may also contact them. Your claims are false!
They only posted a 2023 image of a football stadium being constructed in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, as part of their efforts to develop the sport of football.
First of all, did you confirm from FIFA or Nigeria's sports ministry that the allegations are factual?
Secondly, as a trader who once boasted of building Savanna Bank branches, does this stadium purportedly being built in Kenya look like a stadium that is being constructed with $1.2 million, the amount the alleger says was given to Kenya?
Contrary to the claims that you have helped spread, the pictured Kenyan stadium is actually the Talanta Stadium in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya.
It is being built, not by FIFA, but by the Kenyan Government, and not for $1.2 million, but at a cost of Ksh44.7 billion, which is approximately $350 million.
It is a 60,000-capacity stadium that Kenya is purpose-building to host the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
Comparing this stadium to the local Birnin Kebbi stadium would be like comparing the National Stadium to the small stadium in Awka, Anambra State. Anambra, a state which you governed for eight years, does not yet have a FIFA-certified stadium that can play international matches.
Peter, you should stop this habit of using every possible opportunity, whether factual or not, to de-market Nigeria. It is unbecoming of you and is a testament to your desperation to cast aspersions on the present administration.
If you destroy Nigeria, which country will you run to?

FIFA gave Nigeria $1.2 million and they gave Kenya $1.2 million The goal was for both of them to build stadiums for football development. Our moral fabrics is gone, we celebrate rogues, we honor thieves. Up APC
Tinubu just doesn't care about the optics. Why should a former chairman of the ruling APC be appointed chairman of the Board of FAAN?
This is bad. This is very bad.
This country has a long history of weaponizing state institutions against the opposition. As Chairman of the Board of FAAN, he could apply pressure on FAAN management or airport directors to create delays or slow down the movement of opposition leaders or even delay the movement of sensitive election materials as the election draws near. This is not good for democracy.
Aregbesola, as a national secretary, will ensure the coalition speaks consistently from a place of policy unlike what the PDP and LP had to offer.
Unfortunately, it is a failed endeavor already.
The permutations do not favor any other person in the villa other than PBAT come 2027.
O ti lo
Well, this should not come as a surprise to Nigerians. Nor be Nigerian Judiciary. We never really had trust in the Judiciary or INEC to do the right thing in the first place. Next election, instead of wasting money on ballots papers and court cases they should just announce the winner in Abuja. We will sit at home and watch.
BREAKING NEWS: The Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, declined to nullify the election of Governor Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
