Supporters of Israel are not angry with Ben-Gvir for what he has done.
He has done much worse many times and they have been SILENT.
They are angry with Ben-Gvir for doing it on camera and harming Israel’s (already horrible) reputation.

I am truly appalled at the video posted by Israeli Cabinet Minister Ben-Gvir taunting those involved in the Global Sumud Flotilla. This violates the most basic standards of respect and dignity in the way people should be treated. We are in touch with the families of a number of British nationals involved to provide them with consular support. We have demanded an explanation from the Israeli authorities and made clear their obligations to protect the rights of our citizens and all those involved.

The goal was protecting visiting IDF soldiers from arrest on British soil.
The people enforcing the law sat down with the people they might one day arrest and rewrote the rules together.

Ben-Gvir is a dangerous provocateur who represents an extreme minority. He is fundamentally and entirely not Israel, and he does not represent its values or the rule of law. Netanyahu’s irresponsible decision to bring him into the government and place him at the head of a ministry has cost Israel human lives and damaged Israel's relationships around the world. With elections approaching, we will do everything to replace the entire government and rebuild a liberal, democratic Israel.
