This is perhaps an example and a lesson for everyone relying on Google services for their business: start migrating to a company that has better sentiment towards their business. Move your data out of Google Drive to a combination of local and Cloud (more reliable) infra. To My team, clients, and partners; I'm sorry about this experience. It's entirely my fault for relying on Google Services after a 2-year-old sour experience of losing my primary Gmail ID to a hack. But who could’ve expected a Fortune 5 and the GOAT of consumer tech companies that had this workspace (initially called G Suite) account working for about 2 decades, with 20 domains and 1,000 plus Google accounts operated within that over time, would come to a halt all of a sudden, and they would have ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to resolve it 😣.

@GauravDubeyLive How does a company of this scale just go silent when businesses are collapsing? This is beyond unacceptable. @Google @GoogleWorkspace and @GoogleIndia Businesses deserve better than this silence.

@AskWorkspace, my organization has been at a halt for the last 7 days. It's a disaster, and @Google customer support takes 48-72 HOURS to respond each time with a silly AI-like response 😣. Do you understand that this could be catastrophic to my business and all the employees (and clients)?!? - Emails not working, seems like the smallest of all troubles. - All the docs are on the drive 😢 , knowledgebase, Contracts, PPTs, whatnot! - Authentication to other productivity platforms like Zoom, LinkedIn, Calendly, etc. It's amazing to observe the (ridiculous) quality of customer service from one of the world's largest companies, but more so, the fact that they don't have the necessary infrastructure to manage communications. @googledrive @GoogleIndia
