The thing that’s worse than the access phone line not actually functioning is Wembley Stadium refusing to acknowledge the matter (on any level). We know there’s an uneven playing field for their disabled customers but to entirely ignore them is so vile. #Coldplay2025

@TeacherSlg I can’t think for a second they’re still available.

@sarah_fender @wembleystadium @coldplay It’s always the same. Hundred of calls, hours on hold, no opportunity to speak to anyone and then you’re cut off and have to go through it all again.

Sorry @wembleystadium @coldplay but it’s not acceptable to phone the Accessible Booking Line 100’s of times, be on hold for 43 minutes only to have the line cut off. This happens with every ticket sale - PLEASE IMPLEMENT A BETTER SYSTEM FOR DISABLED FANS 🙏
