I often get accused of having a “pro-Ukraine bias.” Here’s the truth. I am biased. I’m biased towards freedom, democracy, & human rights. That’s what Ukraine represents right now. When you document war crimes, you don’t pretend there are “two sides” for balance. You show what is happening. One side is the aggressor. One side is the victim. If that offends you, you’re morally bankrupt.

Read this to the end. This is about all of us. This is about ATEY. This is an old photo a snapshot of how my youth has passed, starting from when I was 17 and chose the path of a professional serviceman. It was never enough for me to just be an officer, just a commander. I wanted my own military team, my own military family, united by the same values: personal growth and the development of the unit. That’s how the special unit ATEY was born. ATEY is not just my story anymore. It has become a legend, a story of those who dedicate themselves to the military profession within ATEY and a story of those who gave their lives for the idea of ATEY and for peace in Ukraine. (In this photo, not everyone is still in formation… not everyone is still alive.) I started this. I brought together these driven, devoted compatriots. I trained them and learned from them as well. Today, this is no longer just a group of like-minded guys. These are professionals, people you can learn from. People I still learn from myself. I just want to remind you: ATEY is not one person. ATEY is a driving force. It’s fighters who stand for justice every single day. ATEY is you, those who support us. ATEY is all of us. It’s everyone who wants peace and justice. ATEY is those who are fighting for a brighter future for their children, a future without war.

Every time Ukrainian cities gets targeted by orc missiles and drones, media and people already start with the word "resilience" after people get on with their day as normal. It's not resilience anymore. Everyone is in survival mode. Just survive this attack, hope we make it out alive and get on with our day. Such is life when r*ssia is your neighbor.

They wave the flag while chanting Russian talking points. They scream about freedom while begging for dictatorship. They say they love Jesus, but they worship Trump and admire Putin. And I see it happening again, right here in the United States. What’s forming in America right now is a commie-nazi Christo-fascist mutation. They’re creating a religion of control. MAGA is the vessel. Putin is the puppeteer. And your neighbor with the Gadsden flag and Trump lawn sign is too dumb to see it. 🛑 Stop Laughing. Start Fighting. This isn’t a joke.
