Not long after that video was taken, several people (including that driver) became stuck on the waterlogged mud roads and needed to be pushed out.

It is I, driver of the white subaru that went past on the left. Even excluding this particularly egregious incident, I have witnessed some pretty appalling behavior from chasers the past couple days. Every year it seems to get worse.

Usually we shitpost, but a serious one for a change. If you cannot maintain even the most simple situational awareness, you should not be chasing (or driving). If you DO want to chase, stick further back and stay on paved roads. This was my first chase of the year. Unreal. (1/3)

Accidents happen, and I sincerely hope that this individual can look back and reflect humbly. As far as chasing goes, it's only a matter of time before it's not a slow speed accident and people aren't fine. It's happened before, and it will again.

I'm not here to doxx anyone, nor am I here to say people CAN'T chase. But this is getting out of hand, and this needs awareness. I'm fortunate that this happened at slow speeds and everyone was fine, but simply put, this should not happen. Know your (and your car's) limits. (2/3)

If you’re a storm chaser and allow distribution of your content and give your content to Storyful/viralhog. You are the reason networks and stock video companies don’t take us seriously. Makes you no different than someone on their back porch with a cellphone video. Not to mention the amount of undercutting you are doing to the video market on top of your own bank account.
