@WestJet any info WS2123 will be cancelled? Departure continually pushed back and currently leaving 3 hours late. Same trip last year - same problem - and flight eventually cancelled. I would prefer not to got to the airport if I’m going to be sent right back to hotel in 6 hours

@AirCanada are you serious right now? I had a flight from YVR to YYC. Was to arrive at 10:30am today for a friends baby shower @ 12. You’ve cancelled my flight & made me go thru Edmonton. Won’t get there until 3:45. This is absolute horseshit. I knew I should have went @WestJet

The most insulting part is that they refuse to offer a fair refund to compensate for the downgrade. Awful airline now.

@WestJet this is beyond incompetence. Couldn’t manage to load two sets of golf clubs on a direct flight, and now can’t find them. Days with no scans, no answers, and no ownership of a bag YOU lost. Customers shouldn’t have to chase you to do your job. Pathetic.
