@WestJet any info WS2123 will be cancelled? Departure continually pushed back and currently leaving 3 hours late. Same trip last year - same problem - and flight eventually cancelled. I would prefer not to got to the airport if I’m going to be sent right back to hotel in 6 hours

@AirCanada are you serious right now? I had a flight from YVR to YYC. Was to arrive at 10:30am today for a friends baby shower @ 12. You’ve cancelled my flight & made me go thru Edmonton. Won’t get there until 3:45. This is absolute horseshit. I knew I should have went @WestJet




@Miller1Lance @ExecutveU77 @pocket_aces7777 @WestJet @AHoensbroech WestJet are abysmal at handling downgrades or issues. They leave customers with zero options, no customer service. The most insulting part is that they refuse to offer a fair refund to compensate for the downgrade. Awful airline now.




@WestJet cooking the numbers live in their app to avoid compensation claims: we exited the plane at 9h30, and the app reflected this huge delay. And right now, the app changed to "8h22".


Returned home from a LOVELY trip YWG to CUN and as usual @WestJet asked for anyone to store carryons in hold if possible, I did! Had $400 USD and $2500 MXN stole from my bag in CUN airport, won’t b the good guy again 😖 Any help @WestJet would b much appreciated!! #OnceBitten


@WMorris6 @WestJet They are a bunch of scammers. Lost my cousins bag on a direct flight from Palm Springs. Only reimburse $2900 for clubs now which barely covers have a set.



@WestJet Hi @WestJet Can you explain why WestJet Vacations packages do not earn points? We paid close to $3,500 per person only to find out after booking that we get nothing. and no one can explain why. At that price your customers deserve transparency and fair rewards.
