@Coach_Tuck18 @TopVelocity I researched for months before deciding what program to use for my boys. I settled on Top Velocity because it covers all bases from nutrition to mechanics and everything in between. I Havent regretted it and its really paying off for the boys

I don’t understand. I see people bashing @TopVelocity and yet those people post videos of pitchers discussing mechanics. What are they discussing? The same thing TopV teaches. This makes no sense.

@StevenGuadagni @Carolin31980021 @TopVelocity Nutrition program has helped a lot of athlete achieve their goals regardless of the wording. We are aware of the science of both burning fat, and increasing muscle mass. It’s a phrase that is more familiar to the masses, it’s not misleading if the results are REAL.

Power clean variations are one of the best exercises baseball players can do to improve hitting, sprinting, fielding and throwing. Not the end all be all exercise, but a phenomenal tool for baseball S&C coaches to help bridge the gap between speed & strength.

If all pitchers do the same thing in practice, you cant expect the small guys to ever catch up to the 6ft + guys. Small pitchers need to do extra and @TopVelocity @TeamTopVelocity is the way to go. It's a long term, amazingly difficult program but its paid off for my boys
