@Emirates @EmiratesSupport We were booked on EK546 (PNR IBJWHJ)Dubai–Chennai on 7 Mar but changed as our pet Scooby must travel with us. His documents are ready.Called on 7,9 & 10 Mar & make payment but received no response. We’ve now moved our flight to 15 Mar.
