+91% growth in the last 30 days for gojiberry.ai 🚀 This is absolute madness and I'm going to tell you how we did it. 1) Do more of what works a) We are scaling outbound like crazy. Our outbound system is sending 6,500 cold emails per day and 500+ LinkedIn messages with 12 LinkedIn accounts. It's booking us hundreds of demos. We are using Gojiberry to grow Gojiberry and that's awesome. b) More demos Even though I don't like doing demos that much... I'm now doing between 8 to 10 demos per day. My goal is to get people to start a free trial. I only take calls with people who can spend a minimum of $500 with us. We just hired a sales rep to help me out. c) More content More LinkedIn posts, more posts on X, more blog articles, more Reddit posts. We hired more influencers and bought more ad space in newsletters. The more we post, the more money we make. So we scale. We are also trying to work harder on the quality of the content we post. 2) We got lucky Several events played in our favor: a) RTs from @marclou and @tibo_maker (thanks guys!) b) A feature on @starter_story (+35k views) c) An article on @IndieHackers (thousands of views) d) A viral video that made us blow up on Twitter (@1600Agency) e) A great podcast with @floriandarroman that brought in a lot of people 3) More customer support We recruited an extra person for support. Now, every member (even on a free trial) can book a 15-minute call. It’s time-consuming, but the customer feedback is excellent. 4) Ads We launched retargeting and we are about to launch cold ads. Facebook retargeting is already bringing in quite a few people. There is no real magic, just a huge amount of work. We try to structure everything. For those interested, I operate on a "cooking recipe" principle: During my day, I have to bake the most beautiful cake. Each ingredient is a task: post on LinkedIn, post on Twitter, etc. So every day, I have my list of ingredients that I must work on as best as possible. That's how, at the end of the day, I have a magnificent cake. Good luck everyone! Right now I'm doing YouTube vlogs and founder logs. Next up: TikTok, Instagram, Shorts. No UGC. No AI scripts. Founder-led content only. I enjoy recording so I do it myself. I pay $10/month for gh copilot yet spend additional ~$40 for extra credits mostly because they charge 3 times more credits for opus 4.5 time to look for alternative tools 🤔

C urrently in the process of firing a client because he's way more work than what he pays me: • Constant out of scope requests (unpaid) • Late payments every single month • Harassing me over things completely outside my control (like the weather affecting his business) • Changed his entire business focus mid-contract and blamed me when results dipped • Ignored my advice, got his Google profile suspended, then complained about lack of calls I built him 67 pages, ranked him top 8 on Google, got him 30 leads in the slowest month of the year for his industry. Still not enough. So I gave him 2 options: 1. Triple the monthly invoice to compensate for the headaches 2. Leave Stop undercharging for overdelivering. Stop tolerating disrespect because you need the money. Some clients cost you more than they pay you. Know your worth. Fire bad clients.
