@amjaworsky If you're doing university right, a diploma isn't what you're pursuing.

Most people see a street. He sees $300-600 per block.
A 24-year-old from Chengdu figured out that every hotel, every apartment, every commercial space within walking distance is an untapped asset. One nobody has packaged yet.
He straps a rig to his back, walks in, spends twenty minutes scanning the space, and leaves with a file that lets anyone on earth stand inside that room from their couch.
The client pastes a link on their booking page. Guests tour the property before they arrive. Cancellations drop. Reviews go up.
He gets paid $400 for the scan. $99 every month for hosting.
The technology: 3D Gaussian Splatting. Free on GitHub since 2023. The app: Luma AI. Also free. The page he delivers: built by Claude in ten minutes.
Total tool cost: $20/month.
Month one: $3,500. Month six: $18,000.
The streets haven't changed.
He just started charging for them.

If you don’t know already, the big AI companies are working towards having you basically operate your life through their platforms. They’re trying to build an agent for everybody, and because of this, and they decide what it can do or not. They are the lawmakers.
They decide when to limit its power/capability.
They are the rule makers.
They choose its knowledge.
They are building the interface for the future as we know it right now on the Internet.
Whoever builds the new way to interact with this who created the next level of intelligence or capability of us humans.

@dadiomov Because then you have to add card fees. Why drag Visa along with us into the future like a software virus?
English

@izqui9 I don’t know how satisfying this is gonna be whenever it’s only every 100th purchase that this happens.
Y’all must be subsidizing the cash back initially and front loading giving it to the user before they’ve actually earned it to get them hooked.

cashback is dead.
people surely love a 5 or 10% cashback. except it's only on random categories. except you have to maintain a $200k balance. except it's capped at $1,500 a quarter. except you have to keep referring people. optimizing cashback buries customers in fine print.
when you make a purchase with @itstuyo, you might not have to pay for it at all. no fine print, no limits. you just tap your phone and instantly get a notification on whether you got charged or not. it's not cashback or a rebate, your balance literally doesn't go down.
Buy Now Pay Maybe is the first thing we've shipped that pulls in people who never cared about crypto or stablecoins at scale. it sparks a level of curiosity and interest we just hadn't seen to date and we are excited to open it up to everyone. it's also incredibly fun and has already created so many fun anecdotes and interactions.
Tuyo@itstuyo
We created a card that sometimes doesn't charge you. Buy Now, Pay Maybe.

There's so much AI Propaganda on the TL
You're wasting time and money trying to save $30 a month using cheap models like kimi, glm, & minimax
1. Buy the $100 chatgpt plan
2. Get a @NousResearch Hermes agent
3. Go build some shit
Otherwise you're gonna break your head and keyboard fixing ai agents then actually using them for a purpose

English

@jamoses92 Not unless Texas bans non-competes.
If they don’t it will not.
I’m rooting for Texas but they need to do a 180 on this issue.
