If your repeat purchase rate is under 20%, you probably have a cohort problem, not a product problem. You're acquiring customers through channels and offers that don't lead to long-term attachment. Cohort analysis shows you which acquisition sources and offer types are bringing in the wrong people. And which ones are building your actual business. Most brands celebrate every sale equally.
