So i have got the Samsung note 20 ultra 2nd hand just 6 months old, from one of our known person only. Now they are saying that we cant help as the phone is 2nd hand. Do @SamsungIndia have this type of policy? So Write on the box that no support for 2nd hand buyers.

Service centre is asking Rs.23500 for the display green line issue. Not giving any support. We expect a good response from Samsung its basically not a problem from our side but your side. As @OnePlus_IN is giving free replacement for all their phones. @SamsungIndia we expect same
