Such a heavy loss for us all. @MaryDB Delbianco was the best of us on the Tech Coach Team. She was my partner in crime as we taught classes and workshops across the ADW. Creative, brilliant, life long learner. She brought new perspectives and joy to teaching.

For 2023, let’s remember THIS. Asking teachers to do ‘ONE MORE THING’ and not removing anything else from their plate doesn’t help anyone. •It doesn’t help Teachers! •It doesn’t help Test Scores! 🙄 •And it certainly doesn’t help STUDENTS!

If you don't think morale is important, remember that a teachers working environment is the students learning environment. Support, encouragement, and appreciation create a dynamic classroom for learning.

Our students need more recess, unstructured play, Physical Education, all the Arts, and extracurricular activities! That's how we make their social/emotional health a priority. #2023goals
