@gamemakerstk Thanks for the suggestion. I'm aware of the discord but I feel more comfortable in slow moving forums and comments. Last year, some one made fan art for any game that was asked of them in the community tab. Probably the only time I'll see fan art of my games.

Unfortunately was stuck in the hospital past 3 and missed the deadline for #GMTKJam2020 😞. This is my game Fire / Hoser, a whack-a-mole style firefighting game. Gonna keep working on this project as it has been a lot of fun! #gamedev #unity #indiedev

There was even a community tab last year with hundreds of topics. This year there is very little mention of #GMTKJam in the Itch forums. I love GMTK and the jams but I hope next year we can have the Itch community back! #GMTKjam2020

Thank you, @gamemakerstk, for hosting these Jams! I have to say my experience with the jam last year was much more fun and fulfilling because a community development on Itch. Hiding the submission page was detrimental. No early feedback or bonding over games.

@ManyATrueNerd Ah Baldur's Gate, one of my favourite games of all time. Would love to see you play it. It had a similar effect on future games as the original fallouts did

One of biggest mysteries that came out of all the research I did around Wasteland was how everything went so wrong for Interplay. How do you make/publish Fallout, Baldur's Gate, Planescape: Torment and Icewind Dale back-to-back, and end up almost bankrupt at the end of it?!
