@dmuthuk Business owners have the luxury of controlling profits and business expenses. Idk man this just seems like a bad attempt at making business owners seem like 'harder workers'. Plenty of salaried workers working harder than their business owners.

Those who mock 9 to 5 end up working 24/7. Employees have the luxury of some free time. For business people, it's firefighting through out the year.
Both businessmen and employees are valuable. One cannot exist without the other.

@chris_herd As a founder, what worries me most are the challenges in building culture and making sure employees resonate with the company on a deeper level and in my experience in-person interaction definitely helps build that trust.

@Coballt27 Not cringe. Dude's just happy to be able to be with his newborn. Better than being in the office. Sure they could pay him vacation or whatever I guess. But overall - he can get some work done and still celebrate his kid. They're just sitting there anyway.
