So the core deadline passed from what I understand. Nobody who wasn’t offered a core the last two days can be offered one.
Today through the 10th is the “negotiation” period and contracts can officially be signed on the 11th, although from what I hear, we can hear about done deals as early as today, they just won’t have pen to paper.

Older players wanting a longer contract at end of career might prefer the guarantee of another year or two.
