🚨 🚨 Blackburn, Accrington, Burnley. Police have launched an appeal to trace a dangerous rapist wanted for breaching his sex offender licence conditions. Luke Clark, 31, who is wanted on recall to prison, is around 5' 6, stocky, is bald and has dark short facial hair. Clark has a sleeve tattoo in dark ink on his left arm, with a skeleton tattoo on his left hand. He has links to Accrington, Blackburn and Burnley. In 2019, Clark was jailed after he shouted ‘do you want to see evil’ before raping, assaulting and falsely imprisoning a woman He brutally beat the woman, by punching and slapping her face and head. He then went to the kitchen and grabbed a knife and locked the door and put the keys in his pocket so his victim could not leave. He began to throw things around the house and then got on top of her on the sofa and hit her in the face. He continued to slap her in the face and rained blows on her, striking her whenever he could He then stood over her saying ‘do you want to see evil’ before ripping his shirt off, removing his belt and snapping it together. He then gave her 20 seconds to get up the stairs and hit her in the ribs At one point the victim recalled he put a vacuum cleaner cable around her neck.” The court then heard that Clark dragged his victim up the stairs before violently raping her on the bed. At around 5am, the victim managed to escape the house through a window and jumped into a waiting taxi before going to hospital to be treated for bruising and swelling to her face and body.
