OK, someone may need to explain this to me. A driver, previously undiagnosed, has an epileptic seizure whilst driving - looses consciousness - and as a result drives into a school, sadly killing 2 children. From a non police type, I would say it would be difficult to say the driver was responsible - on the grounds that losing consciousness for a condition that you didn’t know you had! Whilst I appreciate there is a great deal of hurt and feeling of loss, I don’t quite understand why the police force is being criticised by the head teacher for coming to that conclusion. The police were also criticised for not answering certain questions. Because I wasn’t at that meeting, I can’t comment much. But if the questions were based on someone’s medical record, then I can see why medical privacy was upheld. Maybe someone has more info….

Hello mate I’m wondering if you can help me. First time reaching out. I left back in 2020, and since leaving I’ve been working in IT in an office environment. Short story is it’s not for me and I’m really struggling and even thought countless times of signing back on. I want to re trade to something more laborious and hands on with a bit of comradery. Trouble is I have no experience in that kind of industry. I have a house and people that depend on me financially so I can’t stop what I’m doing. I don’t know where to go from here and don’t want to get stuck in a rut so I’m wondering if anyone has been in similar situation before and can offer any advice? Cheers 👍
