Never ever in my life have I been this drained, this empty, this heavy, this exhausted in ways sleep will never touch. My heart feels like it's carrying too much, like it's bruised from holding pain it never asked for. I wake up tired, I go to bed tired, and somewhere in between I keep pretending I'm fine. I don't know what to do, where to go, or what I'm holding on to anymore. Everything feels confusing, unstable, and fragile. I'm trying to survive a version of life I don't recognize, holding myself together in silence while slowly falling apart inside.
