@progressive doesn’t care about his customers. They put three false claims on my account so now I can’t get insurance with anybody else until it’s off and they are the ones who’s telling me they don’t know where it came from.

@progressive is holding me hostage. They canceled my insurance after 10 days of no payment. I explained to them it was due to the death of my husband and they still did not care. I went from paying $172 a month to now they’re trying to tell me it’s gonna be $600 a month.

I have never been so hurt and disappointed by a university @TouroUniversity a week ago I would have told anyone to sign up. Today I will most likely withdraw with 24 credits left
