Couldn’t agree more @monteleoneMD ! Feel very lucky to work in a lab with a culture that fosters innovation, supports growth (and failure!), and tolerates dad jokes. @SandeepNathanMD @TeekMD @TheRealDoctorOs @PGadalinski @uchicagohvc @UCCardsFellows

This is so universally applicable it’s fascinating. I’ve never heard it said better… spot on for #cathlab ecosystems… for #fellowship… for faculty partnerships… replace “3rd and 12” with “when a sick stemi rolls in”…. @DellMedCardio @DellMedSchool #Hookem @CardioNerds

Best exchange fr #CICU rounds this AM: Intern 1: She has pulmonary edema, cardiomegaly & some type of sternotomy hardware - although there’s no record of CABG. Intern 2: Uhhh… that’s a bra. Intern 1: Well, that wasn’t in the final radiology read, so…

Haven’t used R2P yet for this. Other tips?

@dankirsh @paullongMD 1) Paul literally was talking about fruit at its ripest. 2)This concept blows my mind. Maybe you should start a Zagat-like book (Dagat?) Where every restaurant is rated by the second and third best dishes 🤔

@TeekMD @paullongMD Mangos are fine, but they were not even in the running. I don't judge a fruit by how good it is when it's ripe, but how good it is when it isn't quite ripe. Pretty much every fruit is delicious when ripe, but some are good even before then and others are disgusting.
