Just for clarity, the one I had last year from IKEA had no issues whatsoever. There are literally hundreds of these creatures all over the tree, at various levels of development. Really not great

@IKEAUK There may be an issue with pest control on your Xmas trees this year. After putting mine up on Sunday, my living room is now infested with hundreds of what google tells me are conifer aphids. Tree now outside. Not the Christmas present I was expecting!

@YourSSE so, after numerous calls and emails following a bogus switch request, you still went ahead anyway and switched my gas. Good luck getting payment or meter readings from this person - WHO DOESNT EXIST.

@VirginTrains Hi, no - the virgin trains WiFi network isnt available for selection on my phone or laptop. Everyone else having same issue. It occasionally appears and disappears but won’t allow you to connect

@Ryanair just been hung up on by one of your customer services reps. Was asking for help after Fox Transfers failed to provide the service and are swerving my request for a refund. End of the day this was booked through you. Won’t make this mistake EVER again.

@Ryanair so I paid for a private transfer from lanzarote airport through you. After over an hour of waiting, we were bundled into a knackered minibus with 3 other families/ a kamikaze driver who needed directions/ used her phone. Refund
