@SimonRippin @GNDiscography By then it was a long time since Numan had his own studio at Rock City. Production of Outland sounds like it was done on the cheap, built round Korg M1 and those kind of workstation synths of that time

@GNDiscography Confession, My World Storm, Icehouse, Tread Careful and Shame are my faves from that album and bsides. I just found the production a bit too ‘bright’ and the drums very tinny/crashy.
