Wo genau hat der Syrer eine "arglistige Täuschung" verübt, wenn er Hamas als Freiheitskämpfer in Israel gut findet? Das wird einfach so interpretiert, damit der Entzug in diesem Fall vollstatten wird, weil es politisch gewollt wird. Staaten werden in erster Linie von Menschen regiert und nicht von Gesetzen. Der Deutsche Staat ist im Moment im Ultraprotektionsmodus für Israel bzw. die Juden und deswegen macht er sowas, also die Sachen extra so interpretieren, damit ein Entzug möglich ist. (So wie der Staat dann auch "Free Palestine from the river to the sea" als Antisemitismus interpretiert, was auch Blödsinn ist). Wenn der Syrer halt gesagt hätte "Deutschland muss verrecken ich hasse diesen Staat" dann wäre das nicht als "arglistige Täuschung" oder "unvollständige Angaben" interpretiert und er hätte seine Staatsbürgerschaft nicht verloren, weil der Staat / die Gesellschaft daran kein Interesse hat. Was wir sagen ist, dass hier ein Präzedenzfall geschaffen worden ist, den es davor nicht gab. Jemand wurde die Staatsbürgerschaft entzogen, weil er dem Staat nicht passt, weil der Staat mit Israelräson Gedöns betrunken ist. Es wird Zeit, das nun auszuweiten. Wir können genauso gut viele Kriminalakte als "arglistige Täuschung" interpretieren, weil man ja bei der Einbürgerung ja schwören muss, die Gesetze zu achten und so ein kram. Dein Weltbild ist halt in 12. Klasse Gemeinschaftskunde hängen geblieben.
