People like this only weaken our protest. We’ve protested twice at Jantar Mantar to raise genuine concerns. I’ve officially and unofficially driven almost every Mercedes model, and the GLC 300 can deliver around 14 km/l on highways. Getting below 5 km/l in normal conditions is simply not realistic. Driving style, traffic, terrain, and conditions always affect fuel economy. This kind of content is made for views, and it hurts people who are fighting with genuine facts. After spending 15 years in motorsport, it becomes frustrating when the government starts putting genuine activists in the same category as misleading content creators. I’ve always said this don’t blindly believe YouTubers. Just last week I drove a V8 G63, and even that returned around 3 km/l, which is understandable for a high-performance V8 SUV.
