The desktop and web versions of @gowithquo seem to be behind the mobile version right now. On mobile, we have 6 unread messages. I’ve been logged in on desktop (also tried the web) for ~15 minutes and only 2 of those are showing up. Anyone else fix this recently?

@openphone fyi that when you click the copy phone number button on a contact's profile, it always pastes the +1 and truncates the last digit of the number. The +1 is usually not needed but obv the last digit always is

@thedogfather @gowithquo Got it - yeah, as of right now we only support Quo numbers. You would need to port that number assigned by your CRM to Quo. If you want to understand how that works, I can have someone on our team walk you through it?

@gowithquo I am part of a franchise. We built our own POS CRM on Salesforce. We have to use text message phone numbers they delegate. I dont have access to back end of system. Could I still utilize this?
