Black people in America need to be registered to vote, all of us. Full Fk’n Stop. In states like Georgia, Maryland, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, turning to vote can shift outcomes in House, Senate, and gubernatorial races. Look at Georgia. About 3.5 million Black residents live here. Roughly 2.5 million of us are eligible to vote, yet only around 1.4 million of us actually do. That leaves between 900,000 and 1.1 million eligible Black voters not participating. Now compare that to the margins of the last two Ga: governor’s races. In 2018, the race was decided by about 54,000 votes. In 2022, about 191,000 votes. The number of eligible Black voters not participating is between 7 and 10x larger than those margins. This isn’t about theory, it’s about MATH. If we show up consistently, outcomes change. The shift starts with registration, and it is sustained by turnout. Register and VOTE.

Don’t miss the next $MU Up ~300%+ from recent lows AI + next-gen memory are it. Persistence is the bottleneck. I give you $MRAM Up 266% past year, up 130%+ past month, ~60% past week Only ~5% off 52-week highs Only ~$500M market cap vs ~$150B+ for $MU ~$55M FY revenue vs $30B+ Q1 revenue: $14.9M (+14% YoY) Product revenue: $14.1M (+28% YoY) ~52.7% gross margins (expanding) vs ~30–40% cycle dependent 238 design wins (vs 178 prior year) Same category: Memory semis ➝ data centers / industrial / AI $MU already dominates DRAM/NAND $MRAM is earlier… but that’s where the upside is Same playbook: Legacy memory ➝ next-gen persistent memory $MRAM $MU already powers hyperscale AI $MRAM is targeting edge / defense / industrial… where reliability matters most What $MRAM does that others don’t: - True persistent memory (keeps data with zero power, no battery) - Near-DRAM speed + Flash-like retention Virtually unlimited endurance (no wear-out like NAND) - Radiation-hardened + high-reliability (aerospace/defense ready) - Instant-on systems (no boot delay) 👉 No other scaled player is focused purely on commercial MRAM at volume + high-rel markets👀👀👀 Financials: ~$40.5M cash Debt-free balance sheet ~$83M total assets ~$0.5M+ operating cash flow (positive) Non-GAAP EPS: $0.11 (beat) New $40M defense contract (2.5 years) 10-year foundry deal (capacity expansion) ~$3B+ NOR Flash replacement market they’re targeting - If they capture just 5–10% = $150M–$300M revenue potential Near-term small scale… but that’s the early phase -This is like buying $MU before scale If $MRAM rerates even partially to memory peers… the upside is massive $NVDA $MU $ON $NXPI $ADI $AMAT $LRCX $GSIT $POET $TSSI $AMD $OSS This is a high-risk, high-reward semiconductor bet Memory evolution = persistence layer DONT MISS 🚀

Dana White delivered a mindset shift that still hits hard. At 54, he realized life doesn’t pass — it flies. You assume you have unlimited time when you’re young. You don’t. So his rule is simple: there is no tomorrow. Maximize today. He’s not scared of death right now. What he dreads is looking back on wasted hours. His life is so fulfilling he actually hates sleeping — he’d rather stay up soaking in every single moment. That level of urgency and gratitude is rare. Most of us drift through good years, telling ourselves we’ll go all-in later. Hearing someone who built a global empire still treating every day like the main event made me pause. Time isn’t slowing down for any of us. The real flex is refusing to sleepwalk through it. What’s one thing you’re committing to do this year instead of putting off — because tomorrow isn’t promised?"

Here is the thinking that all black people are thieves during a routine grocery run after two Black sisters publicly called out a white hispanic security guard at Safeway, accusing her of being passive-aggressive and subtly racist while they were checking out.

Absolute bombshell on CNN. CNN confirms precise Iranian strikes have caused unprecedented destruction to the majority of US military sites. At least 16 American installations are heavily damaged and virtually unusable. The Pentagon is hiding a massive defeat.

Eric Schmidt (ex-Google CEO): “if you really want to make money, it’s actually easy. found an agentic AI company.” spoiler: the supply of builders is tiny. the demand is enormous. this guy is literally giving away the exact 2026 playbook to build and sell AI automations to make $10k/mo bookmark and start this weekend

The Assembly@InTheAssembly

A 25 year old just turned $225 million into $5.5 billion in 12 months. Here’s exactly what he bought. Leopold Aschenbrenner got fired from OpenAI in April 2024. He spent the next few months writing a 165-page thesis predicting AGI by 2027. Then he launched a fund and put his money where his thesis was. He bought zero Nvidia. Zero Microsoft. Zero Google. Zero Amazon. He bought what AI actually runs on. Bloom Energy (BE), power infrastructure for data centers. Up 1,422% in one year. Lumentum (LITE), optical components that move data between chips. Up 1,331%. Sandisk (SNDK), storage. Up 3,130%. CoreWeave (CRWV), GPU cloud infrastructure. Up 166%. Iris Energy (IREN), AI computing and data centers. Up 583%. The thesis was simple: every AI company needs energy, bandwidth, storage, and compute. Nobody was buying those. Everyone was buying the AI companies themselves. He was right. His fund now manages $6 billion. Backed by Patrick and John Collison of Stripe and former GitHub CEO Nat Friedman. I’m adding this to my watchlist. Every time he files a new 13F, we will break it down here. Turn on notifications so you don’t miss the alert, this is VERY important. Many people will wish they followed us sooner.
