She’s not wrong, any reasonable person accepts that Canada has a racist past in its treatment of indigenous people, and that importantly the country has changed for the better over time. @rupasubramanya We do alot of hiring right out of high school, entry level postion in an oil patch industry. Probably 4-7 kids a year. Usually only 1 out of the group is worth keeping. Most common is they call in sick at least once a week, or just stop showing up for the 25$ hour postion.
