When I was in school, a "B+" was a 92 and an "A-" was a 93-95. What was considered an A when you were in school?

Can I re-wear my bridal shower dress for my civil ceremony? I love love love buying new dresses for occasions don’t get me wrong however I’m having a hard time finding the right fit for my civil ceremony. I got this house of cb dress for my bridal shower which is going to be in June. I’m not having any official photographer for the shower so I was thinking I could reuse it for my civil ceremony? Thoughts? I also imagined wearing something off shoulder in silk or cape style dress but struggling because I want to also be sustainable. There is so much overconsumption during wedding events! But open to suggestions. Budget for civil ceremony is about $1000. Location is boston!

Things are acting weird around here. IF something happens. Remember I'm everywhere under Sandi Bachom and I love you all. I'm really thrilled for all the Pulitzer winners. Independent journalism, local newsrooms are crushing it and of course Julie K Brown. Big love.

"Being on my own from a young age, Ive had many lean years and times filled with a lot of self doubt. I sometimes don't even know how I survived this business. All I can say -- to quote the great Jason Kelce -- is hungry dogs run faster." @jkbjournalist on her @PulitzerPrizes

The @PulitzerPrizes decision to award @jkbjournalist a special citation for work she did exposing Epstein a decade ago is an unusual acknowledgment that the Pulitzer Board messed up badly when they ignored her work in the first place after a pressure campaign by Dersh etc.

I think the @PulitzerPrizes needs a Pulitzer for their nominating committee choosing such worthy journalists in a time we need them the most. Some of my friends too.

The 2026 Met Gala — scheduled for May 4 — is struggling to sell out, with ticket prices falling from last year's $75,000 per seat and $350,000 per table. Insiders say designers are pulling back, with one source stating bluntly: "The demand just isn't there." The crisis is driven by two forces: the appointment of Jeff Bezos and wife Lauren Sánchez as honorary co-chairs and primary sponsors, and the fading authority of Anna Wintour following her exit as Vogue editor-in-chief, replaced by Chloé Malle. Boycott posters have appeared across New York City targeting Bezos over Amazon's labor practices, tax avoidance, and ties to the Trump administration. Insiders describe the event as having lost its cultural cachet — "It stopped feeling aspirational and started feeling like a billionaire circus." NYC mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani declined his invitation publicly. With Wintour's industry power waning, observers note the gala's leverage over fashion careers has diminished significantly. @_wej01 It so stupid. If they gave you a cheaper price in person you’d go to the store and might spend on additional items. It doesn’t make and sense.

This lady said... I went to Wal-Mart to buy some AirPods listed at $149 on their app. The sales associate told me I could buy them in the store for $179 or I could order it on the app for the $149 price and then a picker would come “pick” it for me so that I could pick it up 3 hours later, but I couldn’t just buy it at the discounted price. We live in the stupidest timeline.
