@voitechnology@DaveNorthStand Does Voi get warnings for every rider like private owners do seeing as the the risks are the same and the only difference is that you guys make money while private owners don’t?
@TVP_Oxford There’s a single difference in a privately owned e scooter and a rental one; rentals put money in the company’s pocket. The risks are literally exactly the same so give warnings to the companies if you’re giving them to people who privately own one. Hypocrites.
Oxford NHPT carried out an E Scooter awareness Op in the City Centre on 10/11th Oct. 100+ riders stopped and advised regarding the safe use of the scooters and warning letters issued to owners of private E Scooters. An enforcement Op will follow. #keepingyousafe#roadsafety
@B_Honest_Boxing@BoxingShrew@FightHubTV I truly believe that’s what they were banking on. Not that Eubank didn’t school him this time around but the excuses when Smith doesn’t give excuses normally shows that he wants to fight again. It’s the only way to “make sure”.
Liam Smith says he had to cut 42lbs for the Chris Eubank Jr rematch and believes this had a big impact on his performance: “That’s what’ll frustrate me, because it looked like Chris was great.”
[🎥 @BOXXER]
@vegan_rav@q_certi@MichaelBensonn@boxxer And he came back and avenged his loss like an actual man to someone who swore he would have/had no excuses. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 What is your point?
@larissabona@PaulKni31232186@Canellelabelle I don’t think you understand. He filed several suits. Some got dismissed. The ones that were within the statute of limitations got dismissed for no evidence. Ergo, the ones that are moving forward must have credence to his claims.
@TerryWill90@PaulKni31232186@Canellelabelle Not necessarily. For ex, Samantha's case doesn't have evidence and it's going on. In the first moment of a lawsuit, what is actually checked is if you have the minimal right to file a claim and then during trial is that the judge will verify if you have reason in it or not.
The judge dismissed Harry's Phone Hacking claim today. This is significant as William Won his £1M settlement on his PH claim & even secured £200K for H which he refused as he wanted what W had. Now even if he proves unlawful gathering, he wont even get £200K #Greed#stupidity😏💅🏽
@larissabona@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 And like you said, the only reason he didn’t get to file was a statute of limitations. Meaning his claims were dismissed because of that and no merit. Meaning the ones that have made it to trial have…?
@TerryWill90@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 His claim on hacking had merit. He was hacked, it is a broadly known fact. No question. But he made the mistake of changing lawyers. If he had stayed with his previous lawyers he would have received his compensation, which is what he is after here. His new lawyers failed him.
@larissabona@PaulKni31232186@Canellelabelle You can’t meet legal minimal requirements without some sort of evidence/proof. Hence why claims WITHOUT any evidence/proof get dismissed before even making it to trial.
@TerryWill90@PaulKni31232186@Canellelabelle When you file a lawsuit, you present preliminary evidence, which the judge just does a previous examination to check if your case isn't bogus and if it meets all legal minimal requirements to start a case. But this doesn't mean you have proof of it, this is checked on the trial.
@TerryWill90@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 No, not necessarily. To be honest with you, it had merit, he was hacked. But as he didn't file it within the deadline of the statute of limitations, he lost his right to file for the lawsuit. So, it's actually a procedural rule he failed to meet. He lost on a formality here.
@TerryWill90@Canellelabelle@SSmithWord They do through charity millions per year. I also give do you? But neither of us will raise the millions at the Royal family do….
@PaulKni31232186@TerryWill90@Canellelabelle First, he said he didn't know and later he presented an extra application saying he didn't file the lawsuit within the deadline because of this secret deal between NGN and BRF that prevented him to sue NGN.
@TerryWill90@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 It was dismissed because it wasn't filed in time. PERIOD. What the judge decided that there wasn't evidence was for the justification he gave to his application to be allowed to sue after the deadline. Now the proof of unlawful gathering will be presented during the trial.
@PaulKni31232186@Canellelabelle@SSmithWord I give to multiple cancer charities as my grandad passed from cancer and my dad had cancer but survived, I give to multiple women’s charities as my mum was abused by her uncle for years and I buy homeless people meals and don’t YT it. The RF don’t raise money, their buildings do
@larissabona@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 Soooo…it was dismissed because it wasn’t filed in time and didn’t have enough evidence to support it? So whatever wasn’t dismissed has evidence. I don’t understand as a lawyer how you’re failing to comprehend this.
@TerryWill90@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 ... that prevented him to apply for his hacking claim within the deadline. The judge denied this exception to him because he couldn't prove that the secret deal existed. The judge accepted the claim of unlawful gathering because it was within the deadline... 2/
@PaulKni31232186@Canellelabelle@SSmithWord Not mine, the RF’s. My “efforts” aren’t going into anything you try and dictate they go into. Also, if you think Tweeting is an “effort” it makes sense you think the RF actually do “work”.
@TerryWill90@Canellelabelle@SSmithWord So your English ancestors stole, raped & pillaged as every other country has done since man set sale, shame that in this day &age, the US is STILL colonising land they stole from the indigenous people after slaughtering 10 1/2 million.. perhaps that’s where your efforts should go
@larissabona@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 So break down what you just said. One claim was dismissed because it had been too long. Another was because there was no proof. So by the process of elimination, a claim in which it hasn’t been too long and wasn’t dismissed due to lack of proof must have what….?
@TerryWill90@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 The judge is giving him a chance to prove the unlawful gathering. He needs to present the proof, so they can go to trial. This is what the judge said. The hacking was dismissed because of statute limitations. Harry couldn't prove this secret deal that prevented him to sue.
@SSmithWord@Canellelabelle@PaulKni31232186 So you’re under the belief that if someone doesn’t deny something, even though they may not have even seen it, they’re guilty of that act? Please don’t ever try and teach children. Also, boasting? The judge is accepting there may be merit to the claims. You guys are dumb.
@Bonbon1934@Canellelabelle The person claimed outright, easily provable facts were “my truth”. I suggest you leave it with them before you lose one of the remaining two brain cells you’ve got left. 🤣🤣
