@ParcelHero package sent worth £50, customs charge on top to get it delivered, now surcharge of £255 with no explanation. Shocking, do not use this company. Can’t get through to anyone. Trying to get to speak to someone to dispute.

@UGG sooo frustrated. WhatsApp sent, no reply. Customer service called - no reply after holding on for 1 hour. Seriously need to sort out their contact issues. Gave up in the end

@Jayride what an absolute disaster booking and let down. Not happy @Jayride one bit. Would never use again. Waiting for the reply and your comments to my issue. The 24/48 hour reply to the problem doesn’t work when you leave someone stranded!!
