On one level, there's the fact she'll have been getting paid and establishing residence here for her family and herself, plus the spouse and kids will be eating up welfare/public services at a rate.
But there's no addressing the fraud industry that uses "NHS infinite resource requirements" to get paid or the staff that waved her through, it should be a critical incident with Gross Misconduct proceedings attached.

This is not good news given what will now happen to UK finances as a result of the war on Iran.
And perhaps we can have some silence from all those who piled to exaggerate the significance of January’s freak figures.
The UK borrowed a higher than expected £14.3bn in February. The shortfall between government spending and income was £2.2bn higher than in the same month a year ago and far above the £8.5bn forecast by economists polled by Reuters.
At a time of peril for nation’s finances it is frightening to have R Reeves as Chancellor.

Well both miss the moral political issue.
In a modern democracy, laws should be shaped by the people, not by clerical office or religious privilege.
Christians have a right & duty to speak, to challenge, to provoke conscience. That’s part of a free society. But when bishops in the House of Lords move from voice to vote, that’s both immoral and anti-Christ whose teaching on power is quite clear.
Faith can guide. Faith can inspire.
But faith leaders should not legislate.
We don’t need to silence bishops.
We just need to draw a line:
👉 voice, not vote.
Bishops can preach.
Parliament should decide.
