@DavidLammy are you thick or just completely contemptuous of the rights of survivors? The survivors should be tracked? Are you fcking serious??? Just because YOU and your party continue to ignore the concerns of those who know better than you, just because you are obsessed with completely screwing over the justice system, just because you’re willing to make it easier for predators to remain free by imposing community sentences or by releasing them from prison early….. just because you’ve already placed so many victims of VAWG at increased risk it doesn’t allow you to victimise them even more by tracking THEIR movements. In what world does someone with even the tiniest of brains equate THAT to justice for victims or view it as keeping them safe? You know what IS justice and DOES keep people safe? Punishing the offenders with lengthy prison sentences and NOT releasing them early. Seriously, you couldn’t be more pro-offender if you tried.

@_Hels_ @CharlotteCGill I recommend Darlington Rotary (well, if you live anywhere near Darlo 😁) The volunteer committee doesn't even spend the public's donations on tea/coffee/biscuits for the team, everyone brings their own! Give to them & yr money goes directly to the ppl who need it

It’s not all men clearly but the risk is too great.These recently convicted paedophiles must have had a clear enhanced DBS when they were employed. The other option is to restrict duties or chaperone- increased cost.

👉 🚨YET ANOTHER NURSERY WORKER N0NCE - his phone screensaver was an image of a child wearing a nappy... ⚠️Nursery worker in Leeds, Kristian Parry, 26, admitted making 5000+ sickening CSA images of toddlers as young as 2 - after using false references to get his job. Predator Parry was arrested at the nursery in 2025 where his duties were looking after children under 5 and changing nappies. Following his arrest it emerged he had falsified 2 job references via email, after being dismissed from another Leeds nursery due to alcohol abuse in June 2024. When Parry was arrested, his phone screensaver was an image of a child wearing a nappy. 1000s of images and videos were found on his laptop and mobile phone - some of which were category A images - the most horrific kinds of abuse. The court was subjected to his pathetic sob stories of alcohol abuse and "self hærm" and heard the classic line that he was "previously of good character"... REALLY? Despite acknowledging Parry was a "serious high risk to children", Judge Geoffrey Marson jailed Parry for a PATHETIC 24 MONTHS. People get longer for spicy tweets! Absolutely sickening!

I’m sorry, no. I don’t understand why unrelated men want to look after tiny babies in a non medical setting and I never will. You can keep pretending UK nurseries can implement a perfect safeguarding system if you like, there is only one way to reduce (not eradicate) these crimes.

Yes, men have the right to work with children as women now have the right to follow their career paths.
As I have said three times now the issue is not male or female predators, it's implementation of very strict protocols. That's safeguarding
