Texas Democrat U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico @jamestalarico is actively trying to deceive voters about his border policies.
In February, Talarico called for tearing down ICE:
“There is a secret police force (ICE) terrorizing our neighbors all over the state and all over this country… It is time to tear down this secret police force.”
But in January, Talarico said:
“The Biden administration failed us on our southern border.”
It’s ideologically impossible to oppose Biden’s pro-open border policies while simultaneously pushing to abolish ICE.
Given Talarico’s obsession with woke issues like trans rights, it’s clear he’s an open-borders radical. It’s shameful that Talarico is lying to voters about his real positions on border security.
This alone should disqualify him in the eyes of Texas voters.

When you call 911 to report a crime, you shouldn’t be put on hold.
Many Angelenos don’t trust official crime statistics, because when responses are slow, crimes don’t get reported.
On council, I’ve voted against contracts and projects pushed by powerful interests that have bankrupted the city and taken money away from basic city services. When I’m mayor, 911 calls will be answered immediately, and the right help will come quickly.
