“I know when you get in this stance, when you get in this angle, what you’re going to do” Will Anderson details how in Year 2, with some help from Pro Bowl tackle Laremy Tunsil, his focus has shifted towards self-study to help build off his phenomenal rookie campaign #HtownMade

Sources: The #Patriots and #Eagles have had deep discussions on a trade that would send WR AJ Brown to New England for a 2028 1st-round pick. Other details of the trade package are still being finalized. But the expected deal is on track to happen.

@JacobBarzilla They got 6 years younger and peak value for a guy who won’t be elite by the time they can compete for a Super Bowl. I get it.

How did we go from 0 to 60 on Myles Garrett so quickly? Wasn’t today supposed to be about AJ Brown?

You can’t tank, free agency is dead now, second apron limits your ability to resign talent if you drafted well, trades just got harder. How are you suppose to build lmao

Owners clearly see the salary cap as so important to the long term financial value of their franchises that they’re willing to make some significant concessions elsewhere with the local tv pooling and salary floor. Fans will side with ownership/MLB if those are the numbers…
Jesse Rogers@JesseRogersESPN

BREAKING: As expected, MLB proposed a hard salary cap to union officials today as part of the next CBA, sources tell ESPN. The salary floor for teams beginning in 2027 would be set at $171.2 million which includes player benefits with the ceiling at $245.3 million.

That hit really changed tha trajectory of his season. Missed a month and you could see tha difference in him mentally when he got back from tha concussion. This season will be business as usual

Can't wait for the national media reaction the first time everyone watches C.J. Stroud play with confidence and playmakers again. Totally different quarterback before the concussion - Love how quickly he realizes the man coverage means he has a huge running lane #HTownMade

@Clay_HTXSports @LandryLocker I’m assuming he’s referring to the media circus after 2024 and the small injury / adjusting to a new offense in 2025. Continuity without distractions this time around.

@LandryLocker I'm confused a bit. Stroud hasn't had any major injuries that I know of heading into offseason periods. What is a full offseason for him?

DeMeco Ryans says the team is further along this year than it was last year. Also says he likes that this is the first full offseason for CJ Stroud and likes what he sees from his QB.

Top to bottom this is the most physically imposing offensive line the #Texans have had in a long time. They look much more stout than previous iterations.

Thinking I might change the Twitter handle back to TexansDoc… Not ever going to discuss medicine on this platform so may as well be transparent with what we’re here to do

@FAmmiranteTFJ Acquired Keon Coleman and Xavier Worthy for practically nothing for the dynasty bench. Whole Year 2/3 cohort will be really interesting to watch this season.

Just playing with the data, interesting stat on Nico Collins' role in Houston's offense: On 3rd & Long + 4th down, Collins ranked 7th (min 70 routes) in target percentage. He was targeted on 30.4% of those routes DESPITE ranking 1st in press rate (48.1%) per NGS

Bums me out that during the 25th Anniversary of the #Texans, the amount of solid written football content is at an all time low on all platforms. As much as I dig video, I love quality writing, harder to find professional writing with editors and solid support. 🥺

Multiple NFL voices were laid off at Yahoo Sports this week, including Charles Robsinson -- who had been there over 20 years, sources told @FOS. Charles McDonald also announced he has been laid off. frontofficesports.com/yahoo-sports-l…

Considering that Nico Collins comebacks/in-breakers/verticals are the only element of Houston's offense to be consistently successful in the C.J. Stroud tenure... Don't mind making him one of the highest paid guys in football. Guys that big just don't move like that. Elite.
