@Evan_P_Grant Using PC to TV hookup and working great today. Got the bugs worked out yesterday with BZZR.

Your BZZR update for the day: A casting button has been added to the web version & other bells & whistles.

@Evan_P_Grant Braves are good but the ball still has to come over the plate and if you see it you can hit it..
English

@Evan_P_Grant Could not get it to allow live game last night but I think we have worked it out. Bugs were expected.

Here we go with the second half. Hope among the streamers, your BZZR is buzzing. And hope the game delivery comes across without issues. I know - and Rangers know - there will be some frustrations. I've talked to folks here and they've made it clear that they care & sympathize with fans struggling.

@JaredSandler Connects on phone and supposed to work on PC but it says not in my region. SUCKS

I'll continue to read your tweets & understand your frustrations while pouring everything I have into being the best broadcaster I can be—telling this team's stories and helping Rangers fans feel connected to the club, both on the air & thru social media.

For Rangers fans for whom watching games has been made more difficult by the streaming switch, I’m genuinely sorry. People are working very hard to expedite convenience in response to this unfortunate situation. I’ve read your tweets and feel your frustration.

@haggertymuse For me it is no problem as in addition to the 2 I have hooked up I have 3 other desktops in a closet. They claim they will have a ROKU app soon and if so I will get that.
English

@Texdale Right, because buying another desktop is a perfectly reasonable solution when I already paid to watch the entire season on my TV. Brilliant idea.
English

I prepaid $150 for Victory+ back in November because it was advertised as the home of Rangers baseball. I paid months in advance with the expectation that I'd be able to watch the entire season on my TV.
Then, in the middle of the season, the Rangers decide to move to BZZR—a service that doesn't even have a Roku app until August or possibly September.
So what are fans like me with older TVs and Roku devices supposed to do? We're told to watch on a PC, a phone, or buy a Chromecast. That's not what I paid for. I paid to watch Rangers baseball on my TV, just like I have all season.
Even worse, there was no partial refund, no credit, and no option for customers who can no longer access the service they prepaid for. You changed the product after taking our money and just expect us to deal with it.
This is a terrible way to treat loyal fans. If enough people feel the same way, make your voices heard. Contact BZZR support at support@bzzr.com and let them know this rollout is unacceptable. Fans shouldn't have to buy new hardware in the middle of the season because the Rangers changed streaming platforms.
