@FrankieVitz You just spent 24 hours saying Arvell Reese didn’t bend around bags properly then state that your preferred edge rusher doesn’t have ideal bend.

This is how Bailey moves. Yes, def not great bend, it’s always the case with him though. How he gets to the QB is with violence, leverage and a motor. This is an example of him bending in a game though for a sack. But I will agree his bend isn’t ideal for an EDGE.

@capitalweather Why have early dismissal at all? Growing up in Pa, we had school tornado drills and taught how to ride out a tornado in school hallways. And given construction of bulky school buildings, students are probably safer riding out a storm in a school vs their homes.

Should D.C. area schools announce schedule changes the day before a serious severe weather threat? A number of school systems did just that on Sunday, announcing early dismissals for Monday, a move that's usually saved for the morning of the expected weather, and only then if widespread severe storms seem likely to create dangerous conditions at dismissal time. One key difference leading up to this particular severe threat was that the National Weather Service on Sunday included the D.C. region in its level 4 out of 5 severe storm risk — indicating widespread severe storms are considered likely. That set in motion a cascade of concern on social media that was warranted, but may have made the confidence level in storm severity seem higher than it was. It was the first time in more than two years the D.C. area had been placed under a level 4 risk, one that had not been issued earlier in the year than May going back at least 25 years, and that likely influenced school officials. Quoting our post-storm forecast analysis (link in replies), severe storm threats usually don't lend themselves to making decisions as far ahead of time as snowstorms: "In recent years, many school systems have trended toward calling snow delays and cancellations the day before an expected storm. In a similar fashion, several districts in the region announced early dismissals on Sunday ahead of Monday’s severe weather threat. But severe thunderstorms are often far harder to time and pinpoint than snowstorms. The exact arrival and coverage of storms can remain uncertain until the day of the event. That means decisions made too far in advance can backfire. In some cases, storms may arrive sooner than expected, raising the possibility of students being dismissed during the worst of the weather."

@McShay13 @kurt13warner Would love to hear your thoughts on Allar, as what McShay & Cosell are saying seems to be the general consensus. Are Allar’s issues fixable with coaching? If so, would an NFL team even bother to put the time & effort needed to develop him? Seems like it’s sink/swim.

Start with inability to throw accurately to targets moving away from him. Almost as if it’s a visualization issue. It’s the damnedest thing. But it’s real. And yes, highly frustrating because he has so many things you want in a QB.
