The activity is too good for you not to do it. Plain and simple.
You can make excuses, or you can walk the same path THOUSANDS of other players have done and fireteam up with someone for 20 minutes.

@kildozer666 @DestinyNostalgi I think it's possible to both agree with this and also not care for the performance. Sure it was the best we could get, and maybe there's no point in complaining, but it really took me out of the story having to remind myself that's supposed to be Zavala over comms.

I don’t think there was a way for anyone to “nail it.” You can never 100% replace a human the dies. Lance was Zavala. But I think this is the best we could ask for rather than killing off the character.
Which may be something Bungie looks into post TFS (or during. Idk. I’m not finished with the campaign)

Finished The Final Shape campaign today: It's the best Destiny campaign Bungie has ever made, delivering a deeply emotional story with exceptional writing and dialogue. As expected, Keith absolutely nailed it as Zavala. Really excited to see how it all ends in the Raid.

@JMistical @xbNkY_ @BungieHelp This is exactly what people aren't getting. Destiny is pretty much a one of a kind game. Almost no other MMOs have this much traffic. You would think they'd have a hang of it by now but we are at almost all time highs and I'm sure if there was an easy fix for it they'd do it.

@xbNkY_ @BungieHelp I don’t fully know how it is at Bungie but I am a game dev, 100’s of thousands of players are trying to log into a new activity that hasn’t been fully tested to thousands of players, hosting servers for a mmo are hard especially with lots of players trying to access those servers

Payday 3 just recently had an even worse launch and there are plenty of other games with server issues on launch. You just HAVE to shit on THIS game.
