Today's decision by the DC Circuit should finally end Judge Boasberg’s year-long campaign against the hardworking Department attorneys doing their jobs fighting illegal immigration.

Congress has a predator problem. Eric Swalwell and Tony Gonzales have no business representing the American people. Neither does any member of Congress sexually harassing the staff working for them. They are betraying every constituent who sent them to Washington and every staffer who deserves a safe workplace. Power is not a shield. A title is not protection. And taxpayer dollars should never be used to cover up misconduct by the very people entrusted with public service. Clean house. Expel them. Hold every last one accountable.
