I'm 22 and running a capital allocation business. Most people my age are figuring out which company to apply to. The difference isn't talent. It's the question you ask yourself. Not "how do I get a good job?" But "how do I build something people pay me to run?"

Most people think wealth comes from high returns. In reality, wealth usually comes from:
• long survival
• emotional control
• consistent allocation
• avoiding major mistakes Compounding rewards stability more than brilliance.

Founders are trained for concentration. Wealth requires balance.

High income without allocation discipline creates fragile wealth.

Most people think investing is about picking the right stock. Professionals know it’s about position sizing and risk. You can be right and still lose money if the sizing is wrong.
