@mlz @thumbtack canceled my account for no reason. I’ve emailed and called… no one has given me a proper explanation. They refuse to tell me why…. Can you help?

I’ve called & emailed…. You guys have no valid reason to deactivate my account and the people I’ve spoken to were rude and treated me like they had an issue with black men.

I’ve spoken to 4 different agents through chat and they all see the cold food… the delivery receipt and order receipt and the time I ordered it… Come on @UberEats ….

@UberEats has been so bad with customer service!! I just ordered from a restaurant and the order took over 2 hours.. food cold and they didnt give us our drinks…. They’re trying to dispute me getting a refund

I ordered from @UberEats … their 1st driver canceled and I waited for almost 2 hours for my food and it was cold…. They said it’s not eligible for a refund… and will not let me speak to a manager

@Delta you canceled 2 flights… I lost time and money…then drove 2 hours away to catch a flight with my young son at 3:30am…. As loyal as I am with this airline… something should be done. How I was treated today was uncalled for… Fix It.

@delta one of your supervisors named Kyle-6V(that’s his employee number)… was horrible. He should be working for @SpiritAirlines … He was no help at all and very rude.

@Delta had me on a call for 3 hours… basically until 3am until we found a flight 2 hours away for me and my son. This flight was at 6am… so no sleep… straight to the airport…. Continued….

@Delta told me the reason they canceled the flight on Monday was because of crew issues… they gave my son a voucher…. And rebooked us… only for the same thing to happen…continued…

@delta canceled to flights on me and me my son within 2 days. They canceled without alerting me… I only found out out because I called to make sure my son’s seat was next to me….cont.
