Not allowing bankruptcy for student loans means schools can keep raising tuitions without adding value and banks have government guarantee loans. Get government out of the student loan business. Banks must make sure those who they loan money to can repay it. Bankruptcies will straighten their thing out. Schools must demonstrate and guarantee their degrees have value and allow students to sue for false advertisin.
