Does IGN deserve the backlash its getting with giving mixtape a Rare 10/10? Of course . Games like Expedition33 and BlackMyth were great contenders for the spot. Even Crimson Desert, but none of them would ever be given the real credit it deserves for innovation.

This right here is why mainstream journalism is dying. They rate a teen romance simulator with gross make-out scenes a 10, a woke fantasy game complete with a transgender character a 9. Meanwhile, they rate Crimson Desert a 6 because he can't solve puzzles, Stellar Blade a 7 cuz mah sexism, and Wutherin Waves a 7 cause they are actually racist against a Chinese game.
