Fabrizio Romano basically confirming we want both Diomande and Barcola, like I've said. In my opinion, Gakpo will move on, and we will go for Barcola later on in the window.

All I will say is that I like Lucas Bergvall, and I think Andoni Iraola would also really like him - just look at the amount of distances he covers out of possession. Depends on how much Spurs would want for him, but maybe an option for Liverpool. Not for silly money, though.

I’m glad this is how we’re looking at it. Curtis Jones should not be going for £21m, even with only a year left on his deal. Van Hecke just went for £52m. Jones could still impress Iraola, force his way in as a first-team option and sign a new contract. Liverpool would sell if a really good offer came in otherwise they’ll wait until January for me 🔴

Chelsea tried to sign Yan Diomande late 2024 before he moved from US 4th div to Leganes, Yan declined. Next Sunderland was one of first clubs to try for Yan Diomande at Leganes (€20M release clause). They only offered €10M. Leganes and Yan both declined.
