Dear @JDVance it is my understanding there are 3 branches of government, not one. Our system of federalism depends on checks and balances meaning the Judicial branch can check the Executive branch if there is reported illegality. The Executive branch operating unchecked, as you suggest, would eradicate the checks and balances within federalism and America would then have a King. I don't think that's the way it is supposed to be.

We highly recommend y’all crack open a copy of the U.S. Constitution before you break anymore laws…

@its_The_Dr I know very little about her. I think of all of the intolerant slanders we’ve faced, nazis, garbage, deplorable… now that we have control why is there a trend of selecting people to just attack? Is she a terririst? On USAID payroll? I just truly don’t want to see us become them.

@CollinRugg I would think it would legally be at the discretion of the driver? Is there a guarantee by Lyft to take anyone? Wouldn’t you have the right as a business owner to refuse service that jeopardizes you or your equipment. There’s a media show here but I can’t see a valid lawsuit.

NEW: 489 pound rapper Dank Demoss has launched a lawsuit against Lyft after one of their drivers denied her a ride because he said she wouldn’t fit in his car. The driver was apparently worried that his car wouldn’t be able to handle her weight. Demoss claims in her lawsuit that her weight based denial of a ride is discrimination. She says she is taking action against Lyft to fight for her people and to “change the world.” “If I stand for something, I'll fall for anything. Fighting for my community, my people, and making a change in the world, not just for me, but for everyone.”
