35 YEARS AGO TODAY: May 24th, 1991 - Guns N' Roses kick off their epic "Use Your Illusion" tour at the Alpine Valley Music Theater in East Troy, Wisconsin. Did you attend any of the UYI shows during its legendary 2 1/2-year run?

@TheAFDPodcast …is a mystery to me. But they did, and it was mind blowing. Skid Row opened. The crowd. The power. All of it. Concert finished around 12:30am, and got home about 2:30am. My mom was like “I didn’t think I’d see you alive again”. Still wish I had the shirt.

@TheAFDPodcast Yes. 6/11 @ Hersheypark Stadium. I was 14. Blew me away. They played so late, the park got flooded with calls and GNR was “banned for life” (which was broken years later). Great memories.
