I, along with many of my J6 brothers and sisters, was released from federal prison 1 year ago today. One month later I journeyed back to DC, back to our Capital hoping to find amongst other things a little peace within myself. January 6, 2021 was just one day. It took courage to show up, it took courage to stand. But to my once imprisoned J6 brothers and sisters I want to say the last 5 years was our real journey in courage as we took everything they threw at us for our love of country and survived. I am a J6er. My constitutional rights have been violated. Split Sentences, ie. prison AND Probation for the petty offense misdemeanor of Illegal Parading were ruled excessive and unconstitutional. The picketing charge is the most common J6 charge and what I plead guilty to. I was sentenced to 30 days and 3 years. When I found out about the unconstutionality of my sentence I contacted my attorney or advice. He said "Don't poke the bear John. Do your time. Keep your head down." Probation sucks. Random urinalysis? monthly reporting, no guns, no out of area travel. I havent flown since years ago when i was o. The Quiet Skies list, another civil rights violation. The one courageous J6er who held the corrupt and partisan DC court to the fire got burned. They removed his probation and sent him back to prison. His name... James Little. Assisted suicide is a thing. Lewdness affects others... So... No... Not really. The small "other" is under the jurisdiction of the pregnant person.
