For a daily stand-up, it is imperative that everyone stand, that the three questions are asked, and that the meeting end quickly. If people are not finding value, repeat the structure as prescribed until they do.

It’s surprising that to this day many people don’t know that ‘commit’ was dropped from the Scrum Guide in 2011 in favor of ‘forecast’.

When your company is willing to fly in 60 people from all parts of the world and devote a full day for a retrospective on a year long project (like @SpotifyUK), I know you take CI seriously. Sadly, this is not most companies.

Does anybody have experience with online Scrum simulation games like ScrumTale (virtualscrumsimulation.com) or something similar? Would love to know if you think it was valuable and helped beginners learn Scrum basics.

@allenholub @TheAgilePO I’m pretty sure this is the exact comment we’d make when sharing this same diagram amongst many of the Agilists at my last client that was a steadfast SAFe shop. (I’m also very sad they still use the word “requirements”)
